Some sources reveal that apple cider vinegar (ACV) has anti-inflammatory properties that are helpful in relieving arthritis and other types of pain.

However, enough scientific evidence is not present to support this. The Arthritis Foundation refers to apple cider vinegar as a “food myth.”

Other popular advice and remedies for arthritis includes:

  • Consuming collagen, pectin, or gelatin, and raw foods.
  • Avoiding acidic foods, dairy, and nightshade vegetables, such as eggplant, tomatoes, and potatoes.

However, there is no evidence to prove that these are beneficial or even advisable.
