Sit to Stand
Practice this exercise to make standing easier.
- Place two pillows on a chair. Sit on top of these pillows, with your back straight and feet flat on the floor.
- Use your leg muscles to stand up tall slowly and smoothly.
- Then sit down again making sure your bent knees don’t go ahead of your toes.
- Keep your arms loose or cross them.
- If feeling hard, add pillows.
