Calf Stretch
This gentle calf stretch is performed to increase flexibility in your leg muscles, hence strengthening the knee joint.
- Extend your right foot a few feet right in front of your left foot. Bend your right leg, and make sure your knee doesn’t go past your toes.
- Press your left heel toward the floor to exert a stretch in the calf of your right leg while keeping your left leg straight,
- Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on the other leg.
- Do 3 times a day.
