A new study has found that drinking hydrogen water can improve memory. The study found that hydrogen water was able to improve memory and cognitive function in rats.
The study’s lead author, Dr. Gary W. Small, said that the findings could have implications for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. “If we can confirm these extraordinary findings in humans, it would suggest that simple lifestyle changes such as drinking hydrogen-rich water may help protect brain health and improve cognition,” he said.
Enhance immunity
Hydrogen water can help to enhance immunity by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress. In one study, participants who drank hydrogen water for 8 weeks had significantly lower levels of inflammation markers than those who did not drink hydrogen water. Another study found that drinking hydrogen water for 4 weeks was effective in reducing oxidative stress in the body.
