Wheezing
When air passes through narrow spaces, it produces sound. In the human body, the production of typical whistling sounds when air passes through narrow air passages is called wheezing. It is not a specific sign of bronchitis and can be due to other lung conditions that cause lung obstruction like asthma, pneumonia, and bronchiolitis. In bronchitis, wheezing appear after chest congestion and suggest severe respiratory illness.
