Bloody poop
No one likes to look into the toilet bowl and see blood, but for people with Crohn’s disease, it can be a fact. The condition can cause ulcers (open sores) anywhere in your digestive tract.
These ulcers can bleed, unfortunately, causing bloody poop. This is one of many common reasons why you may see blood in your stools. This is always something you should bring up to your doctor, even though it’s not bloody poops are not always a sign of such a serious thing. However, it may clearly indicate a red sign that something is wrong with your gut.
