Mouth sores
Usually, you may not consider your mouth as part of your digestive tract, but it is. Because it’s part of your extensive digestive operation, your mouth can develop open sores (ulcers) like other parts of your body that are compromised by Crohn’s. It’s unclear why these ulcers specifically appear in a person’s mouth, but it’s all related to systemic inflammation.
