Fibrous vegetables
Vegetables provide many essential nutrients. Therefore, it’s important to incorporate them in your routine diet. However, like fruits, fibrous vegetables are also packed full of fiber, and you should only consider them include in your diet only if they have no seeds, are skinned or peeled, or cooked until soft. Make sure to avoid all raw vegetables, including corn.
Studies suggest that it’s fine to consume canned potatoes and other vegetables, as long as the skin has been peeled off. Try vegetable soups for an easy way to digest and absorb vegetables.
