Testicular discomfort or pain
We have said that testicular lumps are often painless, but cancer has many forms and there are many types. Testicular discomfort and testicular pain may be caused by many reasons, and cancer is one of them. However, if you feel a sensation of weight or dull pain in your testicles, do not think about cancer as your first diagnosis. It is probably not. The most common causes of testicular discomfort are infections like epididymitis and vascular problems such as varicocele. They are more common and should be ruled out first, but this should only be performed by a qualified physician.
Patients with testicular cancer may also feel some sort of numbness in the testicle area, and this symptom becomes even more important when there are additional problems such as swelling and changes in the structure of the testicle.
