A Comprehensive Guide To Atopic Dermatitis

Take bleach bath

The American Academy of Dermatology has recommended a bleach bath to help prevent flares. A dilute bleach bath helps to decrease the number of bacteria on the skin and other related infections.

  • Usage – Take half a cup of bleach and add in 40 gallons of a bathtub filled with warm water, do not use concentrated bleach as it can cause the skin’s reaction. Soak the whole body or just the affected areas in that water for 10 minutes. Do not submerge the head. Take a bleach bath once or maximum twice a week
