All Thing You Want To Know About Low Back Pain

Bleeding or Infection In The Pelvis

Without significant trauma, bleeding in the pelvis is rare and is usually seen in people who are taking anticoagulants (blood-thinning medications), such as heparin and warfarin. In these cases, rapid-onset pain in the pelvis, abdomen, and lower back pain can be the signs of bleeding. Bleeding cause compression of the spinal nerves as they exit from the spinal cord to the lower extremities.

Infection of the bones, soft tissues, or pelvis is the infrequent cause of low back pain. It can be a complication of body conditions such as infection of the Fallopian tubes, Crohn’s disease, diverticulosis, ulcerative colitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and even appendicitis. Pelvic infection can be a severe complication of these diseases and is often associated with pain, swelling, and low to high-grade fever.
