Pain reaching to legs, feet and buttocks
In some cases the back pain consists of stinging, burning or sharp pain which reaches down to the thighs, feet and lower legs. The pain is so intense that causes tingling and numb sensation around the areas of buttocks, feet and legs and it is known as sciatica. The condition of sciatica involves the irritation of the sciatic nerve. The irritation of sciatic nerve often feels on the one side of the body and causes lack of mobility.
