Seated spinal twist
Try to sit on the edge of the ground by extending both legs out in front of you. Bending the right knee and placing the foot to the outer site of left thigh and doing the same on the other side, lift your arms higher with your palms in front of each other. Try to twist first to the right side starting at the base of our spine and then twisting to the left side. Try to hold this pose for almost one minute on each side.
