Latex
Latex sensitivity is rare, but overall prevalence is about 9% in health care workers. Sensitive individuals get exposed through latex gloves, or balloons. Some food like nuts and fruits can also trigger a latex-induced anaphylaxis. Rubber industry workers, food handlers etc. are more at risk occupationally.
