Behavioral Changes
Patients with all mental illnesses report alteration in behavioral patterns. A major change in this regard is the lack of interest in activities that once the patient participated enthusiastically. Avoiding public eye and introversion are other alterations. The patient tends to feel comfortable in solitude. However, solitude, in turn, tends to further focus mind on anxious thoughts.
Anxiety patients may also avoid asking for help, even when they need it. They may tend to keep to themselves and do not feel comfortable in sharing their problems. The self-limiting oneself from leisure activities can fairly effect happiness scale. The lifelong professional progress may be impacted due to missed chances in fear of anxiety attacks.
