Stomach Problems
Diarrhea, constipation and an upset stomach can be symptoms of any form of cancer. Patients may start avoiding some types of food and try to stave off the digestive problems. Their bodies may not absorb as much fiber and calcium as they need – setting off another series of problems that can cause pain in the stomach area. Medicines can help relieve some of those symptoms, but usually only temporarily.
