Chest Tightness
It’s hard to get air in when you have asthma – but it’s also hard to get the air out. If you’re taking a really deep breath and then trying to get another one on top of it, your lungs become inflamed, and your chest feels tight. That’s what it feels like when you have a lung condition such as asthma because air gets trapped in there.
Chest tightness can be troublesome and may cause tiredness and fatigue.
