Family History Of Asthma
According to a review published in the Italian Journal of Pediatrics, scientists have found more than 100 genes potentially responsible for asthma. Another study published in the journal Pediatrics & Neonatology suggests similar results that 35–95% of people with a family history of asthma will get the condition.
While family history can not be altered, people may be aware that if they begin to have asthma-like symptoms, others in their family will have asthma, and therefore, they are advised to seek consultation from a pulmonologist.
