Foods that cause cellulite
There are certain food associated with or may contribute to the development of cellulite. These may include
- Sugar: Other than salt, sugar is also a common culprit behind the deteriorated bumpy skin on your legs.
- Liquid refreshments: alcoholic and carbonated beverages have little nutritious value but are enriched with sugar. These drinks are not essential for your health and avoiding frequent usage is the best bet to avoid contracting cellulite.
- Junk food: Fast foods come loaded with fats and sugar content.
- Refined flour: the use of refined flour is reported to be responsible for at least worsening already existing cellulite if not inducing it in the first place by giving rise to inflammation and deposited toxins in some subjects.
