Processed Grains

Processed grains and their products are less nutritious and are also have lower amounts of fiber in them. As we obtain processed grains by making them go through a series of processes to remove the bran and germ part of the grain. To be specific, bran is the main ingredient that acts as fiber to create the bulking up of the stool. The processed grains are lower in the fiber content, and that is why the consumers are mostly bloated or experience constipation. Processed grain products like white rice, white flour, white sugar, and white pasta are also lower in fiber content, thus not so good for maintaining a healthy gut.
