Oatmeal
Oats are a gluten-free grain that we can enjoy with either making it salty or making it sweet. One cup of dry oats gives us almost 4 grams of soluble fibers and 4 grams of insoluble fibers. Due to the presence of these two fibers, oatmeal is the best food to keep the bowel movements regular and help fight constipation.
