Diagnosis of Cancer Patient with DVT
The screening of patients with DVT for Cancer has a low yield. Selective and adequate testing is done to diagnose cancer. The tests for Cancer in such cases involve complete history, physical examination and routine lab tests such as complete blood count, chest x-ray, urinalysis, liver enzymes, and serum electrolytes, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine report.
