Analgesics
Analgesics such as NSAIDs are also used for relieving the symptoms of DVT and also to improve patient’s quality of life. It is termed as a general supportive measurement as it provides relief from pain and other uncomfortable situations. The analgesics such as Aspirin and other NSAIDs are used for the short term, three to five days. The use of NSAIDs should not be extended than the advised duration, as it may lead to bleeding complications.
