Kidney disease
Recurrent attacks of severe dehydration can lead to kidney disease. It is a result of accumulated toxins unable to be flushed out through urine. These toxins accumulate and can form stones in the kidney or anywhere along the urinary tract. Obstruction due to these stones is painful and can further compromise the kidney function. The stones can develop infection of the site where they are lodged.
