Light exercise
Try to avoid heavy weight lifting or strength training exercises as they might cause painful symptoms in endometriosis patients. Any light exercise that reduces the pelvic region tension is beneficial for the women suffering from endometriosis. A small exercise routine of around 20-30 minutes daily, such as swimming or brisk walking, reduces the pain and inflammation related to endometriosis. Moreover, the light exercise for a regular time period helps lower the estrogen levels in the body, which is good for managing endometriosis symptoms. You can try pelvic floor drops, diaphragmatic breathing, or hip stretching to release pelvic muscles’ tension.
