Confused Speech
Epileptic spells disturb electrical currents in all neuronal pathways. This can also affect the speech directly due to an interruption in the signals from the brain. An incoherent speech results due to uncoordinated movement of the essential muscles for speech. Speech may also become distorted due to general fogging of the mind, when the brain is itself unable to decipher the rapid uncontrolled impulses.
