Seizure episodes may be triggered by some common agents. Though these triggers may vary from person to person, it is better to look out for a trigger and avoid it.
- Fever
- Skipping anti-epileptics
- Alcohol or smoking
- Other drug interference with the anti-epileptics
- Sleep-deprivation
- Flashing lights
