Fibromyalgia
It is a condition that causes generalized muscle pain throughout the body. This chronic pain is described as a persistent dull ache that has lasted for more than three months. To be considered muscle pain due to fibromyalgia, it must involve above and below your waist and both sides of your body.
People with this condition often awaken tired and fatigued, even though they slept for long periods. Although pain often disrupts sleep, many patients with fibromyalgia also have other sleep disorders, including sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome.
