Gargle
Gargle is helpful to moisten the sore throat and bring temporary relief. If the throat is hurting, gargle with half a tablespoon of salt in a glass of warm water a few times a day.
It helps to rescue the tickle of the throat. You can also use honey and apple cider vinegar to make a thick viscous gargle.
One tablespoon of rasped leaves or lemon juice with 2 cups of hot water with one teaspoon of honey is also a good gargle.
