Cooldown The Body:

Try to lower down the body temperature by using cold compresses by using an icepack covered in a towel where you feel hotter. Try to use the cold compress in the folds of the skin like the elbows, the back of knee joints, and the armpits, which usually remain covered by the piece of clothing. You can also cool down the body temperature by taking cold showers once or twice a day. The cold showers help the body in lowering down the body temperature and also relaxing the body. The use of chilling coconut water, hydrating fruits, buttermilk, and using a cold foot bath also helps in cooling down the body to avoid the inflammation of the heat rash.
