Bloody Vomit

Nausea and vomiting in hemophilia may be due to intracranial bleeding. Vomiting can also show inflammation of the internal lining of the stomach and intestine. There may be blood present in the vomit due to internal bleeding in the stomach. The vomit looks like coffee grounds, tar, or black with stomach pain.
