First aid can be the primary treatment to stop blood loss after the injury or spontaneous bleeding. A bandage will generally work in case of mild bleeding. In the bleeding is under the skin, then the ice pack will help. Ice pops will work in case of mild bleeding from the mouth.

Treatment for the bleeding site:

Certain medications may be given to treat the site of bleeding, such as pain killers and steroids. These medicines reduce the pain and swelling of the affected area with bleeding.
