Ice
As in hemorrhoids, the blood vessels got swelled up, application of ice will shrink the blood vessels. This process gives significant relief from the pain. To use ice for the relief of pain and inflammation in hemorrhoids add some ice in a muslin or cotton cloth. Wrap the ice in the cloth and apply on the area affected. Apply for 20minutes at least. If required, repeat the same process. Make sure to give a ten minutes gap between each application.
