Bleeding on the paper towel after Excretion

The bleeding mostly happens when there is a strain on the hemorrhoids due to the bowel movements. The bowels passing through the rectum and then finally excreting out via anus touches and strains the hemorrhoids, which results in bleeding along with stools. The straining causes stains of blood on the toilet paper, and sometimes there is a painful sensation when a person passes faeces out.
