Sedentary or Inactive Lifestyle
Physical inactivity impairs the whole digestion and metabolism of the body. The body of a person having a sedentary lifestyle lowers the production of HDL cholesterol. The lower production of HDL cholesterol in the body eventually promotes the increase of LDL cholesterol in the body. So there is less amount of good cholesterol to remove the bad cholesterol from the body. Doing regular exercise promotes the low production of LDL cholesterol in the body.
