Margarine
Margarine is thought of as a healthy substitute of butter, but it is loaded with cholesterol, and regular intake of margarine increases the LDL cholesterol levels in the body. The key ingredient in the production of margarine is unsaturated vegetable oil but contains a whole lot of saturated fats and cholesterol. The hard stick form of margarine contains the most amount of cholesterol in it and is way worse than butter. Margarine contains a large number of trans fats which contribute to the higher production of cholesterols in the body.
