Fried chicken
Deep-fried chicken is a restaurant favourite, but it is also viral in regular lunches and dinners among people. The chicken marinated with different sauces and spices when deeply fries in the oil, the hydrogenation of the oils occurs converting the unsaturated fats into the trans fats which ultimately increase the amount of LDL cholesterol production in the body.
