Pneumocystis Pneumonia (PCP)

PCP is a fungal infection of the lungs, characterized by dry cough, fever, and breathing problems. It has a higher rate or chance of occurrence in people with a weak immune system. It can be treated with certain medications other than ART to improve the negative outcomes of this infection. It is one of the common complications raised in HIV infected patients.
