Sepsis
Sepsis is one of the possible complications that might appear as a result of influenza infection. Sepsis is quite a life-threatening health condition that might lead to death. Sepsis usually happens as a result of the immune system to fight the influenza infection. When the body’s balance disrupts, and the immune system releases certain chemicals in the bloodstream, causing multiple organ failure rather than fighting the infections, sepsis occurs.
