Choose Your Exercise Wisely
If you are suffering from any knee problem such as recurring knee injuries, osteoarthritis, or chronic knee pain, then you might need to switch some of your exercises to protect your knees. Consider trying to do low-impact activities like water aerobics or swimming for a few days every week. Every so often limiting the high-impact activities will give relief to your compromised knees.
