Medical marijuana
The recent approval of the use of medical marijuana or cannabidiol by FDA has provoked interest in it as a possible solution to a range of body conditions.
CBD doesn’t produce psychotropic effects, but appear to have several pharmacological effects such as reducing swelling, increasing blood flow, dilating blood vessels, and improving joint pain.
Its safety and effectiveness have not yet proven by clinical trials, especially for reducing pain and associated symptoms in all types of arthritis. However, researchers are confident enough to include this potent pain killer and anti-inflammatory agent in the list of joint pain medications.
