Feeling shaky

Hypoglycemia causes triggering of some hormones in the body, which stimulate the natural stress response of the body and causes shaking in the entire body, especially your limbs and legs. A significant drop in blood sugar levels results in the triggering release of hormones epinephrine and norepinephrine by stimulating the endocrine system. The two hormones cause an increase in blood sugar levels as they release after the stimulation from the brain. The release of epinephrine and norepinephrine appears to cause additional symptoms of shaking and tremors of the hands. If a person suddenly feels shaky or tremors in the limbs or less, than they might be suffering from hypoglycemia. The nerves and muscles in the limbs also require glucose in the blood to perform their function, but as the blood runs out of sufficient glucose, then there is the shaking of the limbs.
