The swelling of the lymph nodes causes disturbance in the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body. The accumulation of lymph fluid can cause the inflammation of legs and arms. This swelling can cause soreness, heaviness, and tightness. Swelling can happen in other areas of the body, depending on the site of lymphoma.
