If you continually work on a computer or another electronic device, it is healthy to give your eyes a little rest after every half hour. Avoid blue-light devices close to the bed while sleeping.

If you find it difficult to read, you can use a magnifying glass. These glasses help with reading and work. It is also better to read and write in better lighting.
