Stomach Blockage
An ulcer at the distal end of the stomach may cause an obstruction to restrict the exit of the stomach (the part of the stomach that goes into the duodenum). This can block the entry and processing of food and water and cause severe vomiting regularly. Like perforation, it is also a medical emergency that needs urgent surgical intervention.
