Nobody likes to talk about their feces, we get it, but noticing your defecation pattern, consistency, and the cycle can give significant insight into your overall health. Colorectal cancer can cause bowel movements to alter, including diarrhea, pencil-thin stools, or even constipation. Very important to note: if you have a bowel movement but don’t feel a sense of relief or spot blood in your feces, it’s time to make an appointment with your physician.
