All that gas during pregnancy is secondary to your raised hormones – causing your digestive system to slow down. When your uterus expands and twists your stomach and intestines, it will potentially get worse.
Eat lots of regular, fiber-filled meals to keep things moving; drink plenty of water; and avoid well-known gas-inducing foods such as beans, cabbage, onions, and fried / fat / sugary treats.
