Bleeding and Cramps
Menstrual cramps, mild bleeding and spotting are some early and visible symptoms of pregnancy, usually referred to as implantation bleeding. The fertilized egg is stuck to the wall of the uterus and implantation occurs. If you have a normal menstrual cycle, then signs of implant bleeding will occur a week or two before the missed period. It can last a few hours or even a couple of days. It may appear on the undergarment as few traces of blood or while wiping the vagina. Look out for signs of severe bleeding, though, which might be either a sign of miscarriage or a period.
