Difficulty Sleeping
Three out of four people, according to some reports, have trouble sleeping at some point during pregnancy. It can be due to an overnight bathroom trips, general discomfort, leg cramps, coughing, snoring, or plain old insomnia.
Try to avoid caffeine and sugar to get more shut-eye, particularly in the hours before bedtime; work out daily if you can handle it; and do something enjoyable just before bedtime – like taking a bath or having sex.
