Turmeric
Turmeric is a very popular and commonly used spice. It contains many anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A part of turmeric that is known as curcumin is believed to be responsible for the spice’s health benefits.
You need to consume turmeric as a tea, or you can add a bit to meals to leap its benefits. Mix it with any essential oil or water until it forms a paste and applies this to the skin, then leave it to dry before wiping off. Turmeric may stain people with lighter skin a yellow color, but it will fade within a few days.
